Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality screen-printed products to our customers. However, due to the nature of the screen-printing process, slight variance may occasionally occur. This policy outlines our approach to variance, defects, and shortages, as well as how we handle issues when they arise. Embroidery/Screen Print Industry Standards The screen printing industry commonly allows for up to a 3% defect or shortage rate over the total number of impressions. This means that for large orders, a small percentage of items may not meet our quality control standards due to minor imperfections in the print process. What is Considered a Defect? A defect refers to any printed item that does not meet our quality criteria, including: - Misaligned prints - Color variations or misprints - Smudging or ink defects - Material damage caused during the printing process Handling Defects If an order is reported to our quality team and the number of defects constitutes fewer than 2% of the total number of impressions, no action will be taken. If the defect rate is found to be greater than 2% of the total number of impressions, we will take one of the following actions: - Provide a refund for the items that had a defect - Reprint the items that had a defect with a digital print process (direct to garment or direct to film) Reporting Defects If you believe your order has defects, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your items. Provide details, including photos, of the affected items, and we will promptly review your claim.
