Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality screen-printed products to our customers. However, due to the nature of the screen-printing process, slight variance may occasionally occur. This policy outlines our approach to variance, defects, and shortages, as well as how we handle issues when they arise. Embroidery/Screen Print Industry Standards The screen printing industry commonly allows for up to a 3% defect or shortage rate over the total number of impressions. This means that for large orders, a small percentage of items may not meet our quality control standards due to minor imperfections in the print process. What is Considered a Defect? A defect refers to any printed item that does not meet our quality criteria, including: - Misaligned prints - Color variations or misprints - Smudging or ink defects - Material damage caused during the printing process Handling Defects If an order is reported to our quality team and the number of defects constitutes fewer than 2% of the total number of impressions, no action will be taken. If the defect rate is found to be greater than 2% of the total number of impressions, we will take one of the following actions: - Provide a refund for the items that had a defect - Reprint the items that had a defect with a digital print process (direct to garment or direct to film) Reporting Defects If you believe your order has defects, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your items. Provide details, including photos, of the affected items, and we will promptly review your claim. Please note that all orders are set for pickup by the customer unless discussed otherwise prior to production.
